    3 DAYS – CENTRAL ANDES.

The tour starts picking you up at your Hotel. We will move to the city of Los Andes. The journey continues along the international road that leads to Mendoza, Argentina. We will arrive in the morning to Río Blanco where the ride begins in direction to Potrero Alto and Vegas del Chano. • ITINERARIO
    IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We will do everything possible to follow the indicated itinerary, although spot changes can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Rides are subject to change depending on weather, location, and difficulty of the terrain. In the unlikely event that this happens on your trip, we ask you flexibility and understanding. This is a sporty and adventurous vacation!!

DAY 1 HOTEL – VEGAS DEL CHANO

Departure to Río Blanco, a town located 1,250 meters above sea level in the Andes. The ride begins on an old dirt road where you slowly gain height. Then the trail will lead us through a vega and some forests of Quillayes and Maitenes. The riding will take us along a path of low and bushy vegetation, typical of the high Andean zone. The feeling of height will be impressive as we move towards the edge. The low vegetation will be left behind and the spectacular Andes mountain range will emerge. After 5 hours we will have arrived at Las Vegas del Chano, located at 2,600 meters above sea level. In this beautiful green grassland, we will set up our camp.

Night in a Tent. Barbecue and Fireplace.

DAY 2 VEGAS DEL CHANO – VIEWPOINT – VEGAS DEL CHANO

Departure at 09.30 bound for the Aconcagua viewpoint located at 3,200 meters above sea level. The trail will go through a narrow mountain valley, full of steps and landscape surprises. The contiguous mountains, Espinazo del Diablo (3,200 m.s.n.m), Alto de Los Leones (5,800 m.s.n.m) and Yeguas Heladas (5000 m.s.n.m), will be a sight in front of us. We will ride along paths of sparse vegetation. At noon we will arrive at the Aconcagua viewpoint, where suddenly a  spectacular window will open and the mountain range will leave us perplexed by such Andean beauty. After a well-deserved rest and the photos of rigor, we will return to the base camp along the same route.

Night in a Tent. Dinner at 18.00.

DAY 3 VEGAS DEL CHANO – HOTEL

After breakfast, we will fix our equipment and the mules will be loaded to start the return to Río Blanco. The landscapes this time will change, although we will pass through the same outbound tracks. The perspective will be different and will not cease to amaze us continuously.

Arriving at Río Blanco 16.00 hrs.
To Santiago or Viña del Mar at 19.00 hrs.
